Return Policy

At this time we are able to provide a full purchase credit within 30 days of the arrival of your package to your doorstep.  Due to the sometimes limited edition nature of our products we are not always able to provide an exchange.  If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us immediately and we will do all that we can to find you another.  In such instances where we are not able to find a replacement, we would be happy to exchange it for another item or provide you with a purchase credit.

Return Process

You must contact us at topbanana@mybananacream.com 30 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to obtain a return number. The return number you receive must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original invoice must be enclosed or credit will not be processed for the return.  Return shipping to the International Return Facility is the responsibility of the customer. The return will be made at the exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase. Your purchase credit will also include any taxes originally paid on the order.
